Candidates nominated for upcoming FPCCI election

A total of three candidates are in the run on the seat of President-ship in upcoming election of Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) scheduled to be held on December 30. According to provisional list of candidates contesting FPCCI election 2017, Zubair Farid Tufail, Abdul Rahim Janoo and Gulzar Firoz have filed nomination on the seat of President.
On Senior Vice President's seat, only two candidates are in the run named Aamer Ata Bajwa and Mian Anjum Nisar. On the one seat of vice president of Sindh province there are three candidates in the run including Alhajj Dhani Bukhsh Memon, Ghulam Mustata Salangi and Bashir Ahmed M Paryal Shaikh.
On one seat of vice president of federal area there are two candidates including Mian Shaukat Masud and Shahid-ur-Rehman in the run. Likewise there are two candidates for one seat of vice president from Punjab including Manzoor-ul-Haq Malik and Mian Muhammad Usman Zulfiqar. On Balochistan vice president's seat there is only one candidate named Wali Muhammad, who is declared elected unopposed unofficially.
On Khyber Pakhtunkhwa vice president's seat, there are three candidates in the run including Kaleem Ullah, Mohammad Wazir and Rasheed Ahmed Paracha. There are 13 candidates in the run against four vacant seats of vice presidents from association of trade and industry including Irfan Ahmed Sarwana, Mirza Ishtiaq Baig, Haji Atta-ur-Rehman, Zahid Umar, Mohsin Abbas Dharsi, Sheikh Shakil Ahmed, Saquib Fayyaz Mangoon, Shahzeb Akram, Shahnwaz Istiq, Rashad Islam, Sheikh Muhammad Shafiq, Muhammad Arshad Jamal and Noor Ahmed Khan.
Similarly, there are only two candidates in the run of one seat of chamber of small traders and small industry including Sajjed Sarwar and Malik Mehr Elahi. There is one-to-one contest on one reserve seat of vice president of Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry between Masooma Sibtain and Dr Shehla Javed Akram.
