Seven domestic and international flights of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) on Thursday were cancelled, two flights were reloaded and the remaining flights got delayed. Seven PIA flights, including PK-352 from Karachi to Quetta to Islamabad, PK-363 from Islamabad to Quetta to Karachi, PK-322 Lahore to Quetta, PK-323 from Quetta to Lahore, PK-197 Turbat to Muscat, PK-198 from Muscat to Turbat, PK-204 from Dubai to Lahore, were cancelled due to the weather repercussions.
Two flights, including PK-736 from Jeddah to Peshawar and PK-284 from Dubai to Peshawar, were reloaded due to sunset limitation. These flights made late departure; therefore, they were reloaded to Islamabad. The airline has advised passengers to contact the PIA Call Centre in order to confirm flight timing before arriving at the airport.
