The Mayor Hyderabad Syed Tayyab Hussain has said that payment of all outstanding dues to retired and deceased employees is the responsibility of the management of Hyderabad Metropolitan Corporation (HMC) and all out efforts are under way to provide relief to them despite limited resources. The Mayor Hyderabad expressed these remarks while speaking on the occasion of the distribution of gratuity cheques among retired employees of HMC here at his office on Tuesday.
He said that the HMC management is making all out efforts to provide sigh of relief not only to citizens of Hyderabad and Latifabad but also work for the welfare of employees of the organisation within available resources. He said that despite limited resources, the HMC management has succeeded to draw amount for payment of compensation to the heirs of deceased employees and gratuity to retired employees of the organisation. The Deputy Mayor HMC Syed Sohail Mashadi and Account Officer were also present on the occasion.
