KGH, School of Nursing graduation ceremony held

Health education and employment is not only basic need but also reflects social & human development. This was stated by Minister of Health, Dr Sikendar Mandeero addressing at Kharadar General Hospital School of Nursing Graduation Ceremony. He also highlighted the vital role of Non-Government Institutions that greatly contributing in the development of health and education which is mandatory for the consistent peace at Karachi.
He further said that Kharadar General Hospital & College of Nursing is a blessing for the population of highly effected & underprivileged population of Lyari and nearby areas of Karachi. While unveiling of Plaque of New Block of Marie Rahima Dawood College of Nursing, chief guest & chairman of Marie Rahima Dawood Foundation - UK, Dr Yusuf Dawood appreciated the remarkable efforts of Kharadar General Hospital of quality professional education for the population of Lyari. He said for building the enlighten image of Pakistan the promotion of education is primary act.
Chief Executive Officer, Dr Khalid Iqbal congratulates faculty, parents & students for achieving milestones. He said graduate professionals are the asset of nation who can handle the health challenges by determination & dedication. Principal College of Nursing Mrs Talat Shah took the oath from newly 80 graduates and said Nursing is noble profession who is performing human service. With high quality professional skills we can save the lives and defeats the illness.
First Position holder Ms Somia Majeed expressed her views & thanked management of Kharadar General Hospital for provision of free and quality nursing education. She said Kharadar General Hospital is blessing for area of Lyari who contributing for human development. Meanwhile around 80 graduates received degrees from chief guest.-PR
