Plan to smuggle heroin to Sharjah foiled

The Airport Security Force (ASF) foiled a bid to smuggle five hundred gram heroin filled in capsules and arrested an accused at airport here on Thursday. The ASF sources said that during search of a passenger leaving for Sharjah through private airline flight at Sialkot International Airport, 500 gram heroin concealed in the baggage was recovered.
The ASF personnel arrested the culprit identified as Muhammad Ali who was being interrogated after registering a case against him. The recovered heroin is worth more than a million rupee in the international market.
