Indian content still available on TV: survey

According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup Pakistan, 1/5th Pakistanis say that Indian content is still available on TV sets in their area.
A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked, "Due to the recent tension between India and Pakistan, PEMRA, the media regulatory authority in Pakistan, has intensified the restriction against India channels and Indian dramas and has imposed a complete ban on all satellite television and FM radio channels in the country to air Indian content. Despite the ban, some cable operators are still giving coverage to Indian channels. Are Indian channels being aired in your house or area?" In response to this question, 20% said yes, 69% said no, while 11% did not know.
