CIEF to hold course on Islamic capital markets, Sukuk

IBA Centre for Excellence in Islamic Finance (CEIF) is organising a 2-day course on "Islamic Capital Markets and Sukuk." The course will begin from 26th and continue up to 27th January, 2017. The workshop's core focus is to provide participants with an advanced understanding of the Islamic capital market, its components, different products in the Islamic capital market, market trends and the potential opportunities in Sukuk market.
Dr Hatim El Tahir, who is a Director at Deloitte and Touche (Middle East)'s financial services practice, and leads the Islamic Finance Knowledge Centre will be the trainer. With over 20 years business and finance experience, Dr Hatim has held key leadership roles designing Islamic finance strategies and delivering projects in the Middle East, Europe, Central America, Central and South Asia.
