The ailment of Justice Azmat Saeed Sheikh, one of the members of the five-member larger bench hearing the Panamagate case, caused adjournment of the matter till February 06. The bench led by Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa resumed the hearing of the matter for a while, saying that one of the honourable members of the bench Justice Azmat Saeed Sheikh has been admitted to Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology Rawalpindi soon after a cardiac arrest.
Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa informed that though Justice Azmat Saeed Sheikh is stable, he will remain under medical observation for the next three or four days. Later, the hearing of matter was adjourned till January 06.
