Charsadda clinch KP Junior Muay Thai Amateur Karate

District Charsadda clinched the trophy of the Junior Muay Thai Amateur Karate Championship, which concluded here at Lala Rafique Sports Arena, Qayyum Sports Complex on Tuesday. Nazim Town-I Zahir Nadeem was the chief guest on this occasion.
Provincial President of the KP Muay Thai Amateur Karate Association Sahibzada Al-Hadi, Secretary General Inayat Ullah Khan, Senior Vice President Pakistan Muay Thai Federation Naseeb Ullah, General Secrtary Mian Rehan Hameed, President Balochistan Mauy Thai Association Fazale Mehmood Noorzai, officials, players and large number of spectators were also present on this occasion.
The Championship was continued for two-day with Charsadda claimed first position, followed by Peshawar and Headquarter Branch, Gunj, Peshawar.
In the 40kg weight category Anees took first position, followed by Ishaq and Shamsul Arifeen, in the 50kg weight category Junaid Zaman got first position, followed by Zulfiqar and Zain Ul Abideen, in the 60kg Baseer Shahbaz got first, Zia Akbar took second and Afzal Khan remained at third, in the 70kg weight Kashif got first position, followed Ibrar Ahmad and Muhammad Shoaib, in the plus 70kg weight Kashif took first position, followed by Ghafar Ali, and Arif. At the end, the chief guest gave away trophies and medals to the position holders. Speaking on this occasion, Zahid Nadeem lauded the efforts of the organizing committee for holding the event in which players from all across the districts took part.
