The event was unique in nature as no one presided over the ceremony. The event was addressed by different personalities. Famous drama writer Mustansar Hussain Tarar was represented by Irum Gillani who read out his message before the audience.
In his message Tarar said that he has gone through all the book and is of the view that the stories in "Invisible People" by Raza Rabbani fulfill the criteria of a true short story.
