A Document of Understanding (DoU) was signed on Wednesday between Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan and the government of Afghanistan with an aim to devise a legal framework for collaboration in higher education sector. Dr Mukhtar Ahmed, Chairman HEC and Fareeda Mohmand, Afghan Minister for Higher Education signed the DoU during a ceremony held here at the Commission Secretariat.
