PML-N to reorganize lawyers' wing in KP

Pakistan Muslim League-N has announced to reorganize its lawyers wing in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by playing vital role in removal of groupings in the party in the province. This was stated by Maryam Javed Gandapu advocate while speaking at a press conference at Peshawar Press Club on Tuesday.
Flanked by Muslim Leaguer-N lawyers Forum Deputy Secretary Information Khwaja Aurangzeb Advocate and others, the female lawyer said that the national had attached many expectations PML-N as it was the only national level political party to steer the country out of the crisis.
"I have resigned from Pakistan People's Party and rejoined PML-N lawyers' wing in presence of Chaudhry Naseer Ahmed Bhutta, additional attorney general with the resolve to play significant role for welfare of the downtrodden humanity and strengthen of the party's lawyers' wing," she vowed.
Ms Maryam, who is daughter of Peshawar High Court's former Judge Javed Nawaz Gandapur, said that rest of the parties had failed to come upto expectations of the nation and it was only Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif who was in the position to do something for uplift of the terrorism-hit country.
Referring to role of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, she said that Pakhtuns had voted the party to power but wasted precious time in observing sit-ins, protest rallies. However, the women leaguer urged leaders of all political parties to join hands with sincerity for solution to the core issues being faced by the unemployed, poverty-hit people.
"I don't' believe in groups in the party. We will try to play effective role in removal of the internal differences among leaders, if any, and to put the party on track of success so that it could win maximum of the national and provincial assembly seats in next elections," she hoped. Similarly, Aurangzeb came very hard on the provincial government and said that Imran Khan was given a chance to prove his ability, political acumen by utilising the provincial government to mitigate public miseries but he failed to do so till now.
