The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday directed the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to refund incidental charges/constitutional gain to former chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) retired Lt-Gen Zahid Ali Akbar recovered from him following a plea bargain in a reference of illegal assets.
Khan had submitted in a petition that he entered into plea bargain and paid in lump sum a total amount of Rs 200 million (including incidental charges/constitutional gain etc) as determined by the NAB. An accountability court had approved the plea bargain on January 13, 2016.
