The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), Khyber Pakhtunkhwahas has reconstructed most of the militancy-hit schools in Upper Dir. According to the data of the PDMA office in Peshawar, a total 20 schools were targeted in Upper Dir district when militants swayed the region from 2008 to 2011.
