Arrangements for three-day JUI-F centennial celebrations being finalised

Arrangements for the three-day Centennial Celebrations of JUI-F scheduled from April 7 to April 9, 2017 at Azakhel, district Nowshera are in full swing and for this purpose a temporary town is being constructed on a vast land of 10,000 kanal lands.
About 5 million participants are likely to attend the congregation for whose security 25000 volunteers of the Ansar-ul-Islam will be deployed. The training of the security volunteers has been conducted in different phases. Out of which 10,000 volunteers will represent Khyber Pakhtunkhwa while remaining 5000 each will come from Sindh, Balochistan and Punjab provinces.
A formal security plan has been prepared for the site of the congregation for which the central commander of the JUI-F Security volunteers, Abdul Razaq Abid Lakho conducted country-wide visits and imparted necessary security related training to commanders.
The arrival of the volunteers will start during the last week of the current month. Six security check posts were being constructed in the venue while CCTV cameras and walk-through gates will also be installed in venue of the congregation. A big 200 feet's long and 100 feet's wide four-step stage is being prepared at the venue where seats will be reserved for international, national and provincial level personalities. The preparation of the stage is being monitored by Malik Riaz Khan MPA. Similarly, Maulana Gul Naseeb Khan, Maulana Shuja-ul-Mulk and Maulana Rafi Usman are monitoring arrangements for congregations since December last year.
For provision of water for millions of participants 6 big and 4 small tube wells have been installed while work on 8000 bathrooms, residences, car-parking, dining hall, two helipads, media house, social media house, book stall, dispensary, canteen, bazaar, workshop and security check posts will complete by March 31.
For getting permission of congregation, the provincial secretary information JUI-F, Abdul Jalil Jan has held meetings with KP Governor, Chief Minister, Chief Secretary, Secretary Home & Tribal Affairs, Inspector General of Police (IGP). DIG Mardan and Deputy Commissioner Nowshera and formal written applications have been submitted to them for the purpose.
Similarly, in connections with the arrangements of the congregation, the provincial Ameer, Maulana Gul Naseeb Khan has also held meetings with Chief Secretary, IGP and other higher police officials.
Meanwhile, a delegation comprising of Maulana Ataur-Rehman, Maulana Ataul-Haq Darwaish, Maulana Fazle Ali and others started the distribution of invitation cards of the congregations to political leaders while the leadership of religious-political parties are also being invited to the event.
The participants of the congregations will be included Imam-e-Kaba, elders of Jamiat-Ulema Hind (JUH), Darul Uloom-e-Deoband, ambassadors of Islamic countries, international dignitaries, abroad based leaders of JUI-F, scholars, thinkers and leaders of political and religious-political parties.
On the opening day of the congregation, Imam-e-Kaba will special address and will deliver Friday sermon.
