City School honours 557 students for outstanding achievements in CIEs

The City School has honoured 557 of its students for their outstanding achievements in Cambridge International Examinations. Michael O' Sullivan, CEO of Cambridge International Examinations was the chief guest at the City School's ceremony where award winners, their proud parents and eminent figures from academia were invited.
"I am deeply honoured to be a part of this auspicious ceremony," said O'Sullivan speaking at the ceremony. He congratulated all the students who had excelled in their Cambridge exams, and applauded the efforts of their parents and teachers who supported them through their journey.
He said that The City School staff is doing a tremendous job in imparting quality education and he and others at the Cambridge were pleased to work closely with them and support their efforts.
The City School has time and again proven its quality educational standards through the achievements of their students on both national and international platforms.
Ameena Saiyid, CEO of Oxford University Press, Pakistan, joined Michael O'Sullivan and Muneer Kamal, CEO of the Karachi School of Business and Leadership, in distributing the awards to the successful students of the school.
Phillip Hallworth, Director Studies, and Sarah Gardezi, Deputy Director, Inspection & QA of The City School also participated in the award distribution while Zeba Shoaib, Manager Academics, concluded the event by thanking all the participants and their families for their participation.
