The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested three terrorists of banned ISIS (Daesh) besides recovering hand grenades, explosives and provocative literature during a crackdown here on Friday. The CTD team on a tip-off regarding presence of extremists conducted operation in Bahawalpur. During the action three ISIS terrorists identified as Ahsan Yousaf, Waqas Abid and Mohazzam Ali were arrested with hand grenades, explosive material and provocative literature. The detainees wanted to conduct terrorist attacks in Bahawalpur and Multan but in time action foiled the bid.
