Rakhi Sawant has been making headlines yet again, be it for accusing Tanushree Dutta of raping her or this time for dragging Kareena Kapoor and Katrina Kaif in the matter.

While speaking to Bollywood Hungama, Rakhi Sawant said if Tanushree wanted to become a heroine, why did she agree to do an item song in the first place? "Doesn't she know item girls are meant to expose skin onscreen," she added.

Rakhi further said that even Katrina Kaif and Kareena Kapoor have also done few item songs. "So why Tanushree thinks that no one will touch her while filming such song," she added.

A few days back, Rakhi held a press conference in which she accused Tanushree of raping her multiple times twelve years ago. She also called her a ‘man from the inside’ and a lesbian and called her a drug addict. Rakhi also called Tanushree a ‘devil' in human form, who has arrived in India to destroy Nana Patekar, who has been accused of harassment by Tanushree.

After Rakhi leveled the allegations against Tanushree, the later has issued a statement in response to the accusations. “For those uninitiated in the art of guerrilla war tactics: Smear campaigns never run fair or square. So just to set the record straight: I'm not a drug addict, I don't smoke or drink and I'm most definitely not a lesbian,” she said, Indian media reported.

“Let's not make a joke of such a serious movement that can potentially bring positive changes of mindset in our society,” she concluded.
