As many as 1,507 candidates have been declared as successful for recruitment as police constable in Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) and RRF, announced by a spokesman for the Sindh Police.
The police spokesman, in a statement here on Sunday, said that tests were conducted by the Police Recruitment Board Sindh. In all, 50,562 candidates had applied for the vacancies of police constables, and 30,821 of them appeared in the physical examinations whereas 9,410 qualified for the written test.
As many as 6,025 candidates were called to appear for the interviews. 3,097 had obtained 50 percent marks and were referred for Hepatitis A and B tests. Report of 120 candidates was positive and 2,875 candidates negative.
