Defence Minister Khawaja Asif on Wednesday said that Indian letter to International Court of Justice (ICJ) on Kulbhushan Yadav is an attempt to divert attention from Indian state sponsored terrorism in Pakistan. In a tweet message, he said, "Kulbhushan is a convict of offences against National security."
