The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has issued timings for availing SBP Overnight Repo/Reverse-Repo Facilities during the month of Ramazan-ul-Mubarak. According to SBP May 30, 2017 to June 02, 2017 (Tuesday to Friday) time for Overnight Repo/Reverse Repo Facility will be 02:45 PM to 03:30 PM, while from June 05, 2017 till the end of Ramazan timing will be 01:00 PM to 01:45 PM Monday to Thursday and 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM on Friday.
SBP has advised all banks that these timing will remain effective during the month of Ramazan-ul-Mubarak to intimate amount to State Bank of Pakistan by banks/DFIs desirous of availing the SBP Overnight Repo/Reverse Repo Facility (at floor/ceiling rate). However, after Ramazan these timings will automatically be reverted to pre Ramazan timings. All are advised to strictly observe the aforesaid timings.
