Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will find no place to hide and soon land in Adiala Jail as an outcome of Panama Papers case in the Supreme Court and no country including Indian Prime Minister Modi and the US President Donald Trump could save him now. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan said this on Sunday while addressing a workers convention here in Islamabad.
He said that he would give a call to his supporters and the whole nation in the next few days either to celebrate ouster of the prime minister or to establish justice if it was obstructed during the course of hearing in the Supreme Court.
Khan lauded the meticulous work and strong findings of the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) against the Sharif family, adding that the Sharifs lied before the Supreme Court to save their corruption and are now terming the JIT findings against them as a "conspiracy." Khan said that they have been terming it a conspiracy against them as in the past they always were able to handle the corruption cases against them, but this time they failed to do so.
He also said that ruling family was involved in attack on the Supreme Court and greasing palms of some judges too. "Whenever it is tried to bring the Sharif family under the rule of law, they term it a conspiracy against them," he said, adding that they support corrupts who stand with them. He said that if the Sharif mafia tried to create hindrances in the way of justice, he would give a call to his activists to come on the streets.
Imran Khan said that no country in the history is destroyed by bombs, but by destroying the state institutions. "They are traitors of the country," he said, adding that they stashed the stolen money abroad. He said that Nawaz Sharif would now find no place to hide after the Supreme Court's verdict and this time he would not go to Jeddah but Adiala Jail, because even Indian Prime Minister Modi and US President Donald Trump cannot save him now.
