PPP chalks out protest movement to force Nawaz to resign

President PPP Lahore Aziz-ur-Rehman Chan has said that the party has chalked out a protest movement to force the prime minister to resign. He added that party has also kicked off the election campaign through activating party workers in the city. He called on former PPP Punjab president Manzoor Wattoo and discussed party affairs in detail. Chan told Wattoo that party organization was at the full swing in the city to contest 2018 elections. He said the PPP would protect democracy and it would not let the Sharif family to play with it at any cost.
Both of them agreed that corruption allegations against the prime minister have been proved by the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) and the prime minister has no option but to leave his office. Wattoo said that the prime minister should not harm country's credibility to prolong his rule.
