'PML-Q making efforts to unite Muslim Leaguers'

The Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) has decided to unite all the Muslim Leaguers in a bid to exert pressure on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to resign from his office.In this regard, the PML-Q has chalked out an elaborate programme and formed a team headed by Chaudhry Shujaat Hussein which is going to undertake tour of all the four provinces for persuading all the Muslim Leaguers to unite and come back to the PML, sources in the part said here on Monday.
All the Muslim Leaguers should come back to their real party - Pakistan Muslim League (PML) and Ch Shujaat Hussain is likely to visit every Muslim Leaguer, the sources added. "As Muslim Leaguers, it is our duty to play our positive role," a senior party leader said. "We invite sane elements to return to their home and serve the country. Whosoever is likeminded of the Muslim League, we will welcome them in the fold of Muslim League," PML-Q leader Kamil Ali Agha said. He said Ch Shujaat Hussain on Monday attended the Supreme Court proceedings for showing solidarity with other opposition parties. He said Nawaz Sharif should pay heed to the voice of the nation and immediately resign from his office.
