Despite disqualification for life, former state minister for information Marriyum Aurangzeb on Friday claimed that Nawaz Sharif would come back with higher mandate and greater force to become the prime minister for yet another term. Talking to journalists outside Supreme Court after the apex court announced its verdict on Panama leaks, she said that Sharif does not need a chair, he is a reality. "The day is not far, when he will be chosen again for the fourth time," she told reporters along with other PML-N women supporters, who were seen literally crying over disqualification of the premier.
While expressing distress, she said some decisions are made in courts, others in people's courts, adding we may have lost one decision, about which we were not surprised. Moreover, she said that party will decide its future course of action vis-a-vis the court judgment following consultations with the legal and constitutional experts. "PML-N is Pakistan's biggest political party. It has the highest number of political workers and history is witness, whenever Nawaz Sharif is removed unjustly, the people of Pakistan brought him back to parliament with higher mandate," she added.
According to her, whosoever becomes the prime minister, Nawaz Sharif would continue to live in the hearts and minds of people. Meanwhile, reacting over Supreme Court's decision, Maryam Nawaz, the daughter of the former prime minister, tweeted: "Another elected prime minister sent home, but only to see him return with greater force & support & soon Insha'Allah. Stay strong PMLN." "Today will pave the way for Nawaz Sharif's resounding victory in 2018. He will be unstoppable. Insha'Allah. Rok Sakte Ho To Rok Lo," she shot yet another tweet within minutes.
