Newly-appointed Minister of State for Commerce and Textile Pervaiz Malik has said that all the stakeholders will be taken on board to frame such policies that could help improve the country's business environment as well as the exports. Malik said the country will be moved forward as per the vision of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif whose ultimate objective is to make Pakistan the Asian tiger. "The government is committed to timely completion of all ongoing projects including CPEC to transfer the benefit of development to the people," he said.
With the active participation of private sector and leading exporters, he said, all-out efforts will be made to achieve the exports target of US $35 billion by 2018. Pervaiz Malik said that impediments to trade and infrastructure gaps which adversely affects exports would be addressed in consultation with stakeholders.
