Giving benefit of doubt, an anti-terrorism court on Saturday acquitted four suspects in one of the nine cases regarding Kasur child abuse case. Announcing the verdict, ATC Judge Chaudhry Muhammad Ilyas acquitted suspects Saleem Akhter Sherazi, Attiqur Rehman, Tanzeelur Rehman and Haseem Amir. Ganda Singhwala police of Kasur had registered cases against the acquitted suspects and others on charges of abducting and criminally assaulting around 280 children of Kasur.
