Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has urged ruling party's parliamentarians to ensure timely completion of public welfare projects and schemes to fulfill their commitment to the people. He stated this while talking to a delegation of PML-N MNAs from Gujranwala division who called on him here on Tuesday. The meeting discussed the developmental projects and matters pertaining to the respective constituencies of members of the National Assembly belonging to PML-N.
Abbasi said that the government has been committed from day one to revolutionize the lives of the people socially and economically. He added that government initiated a large number of infrastructure development projects across the country. The people have started to take benefits from the initiatives, and these efforts will lead the country towards development, the Prime Minister added. The Prime Minister urged parliamentarians to ensure timely completion of public welfare projects and schemes to fulfill their commitments to the people. He asked the MNAs to remain in contact with the people and address their issues.
Defense Minister Khurram Dastgir Khan, Minister of National Health Services Saira Afzal Tarar, Minister of State for Law & Justice Usman Ibrahim, Minister of State for Ports & Shipping Chaudhry Jaffar Iqbal, Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Sheikh Aftab Ahmad and MNAs Mahmood Bashir Virk, Mian Tariq Mehmood, Rana Umer Nazir Khan, Azhar Qayyum Nahra, Justice (retd) Iftikhar Ahmad Cheema, Mian Shahid Hussain Khan Bhatti, Chaudhry Abid Raza, Mumtaz Ahmad Tarar, Nasir Iqbal Bosal, Chaudhry Armaghan Subhani, Rana Shamim Ahmed Khan, Syed Iftikhar ul Hassan, Zahid Hamid, Mian Muhammad Rasheed, Shazia Sohail Mir, Romina Khurshid Alam and Phyllis Azeem were also present during the meeting.
