The futures spread increased by 229bps to 4.24 percent on the end of the outgoing week. Trading activities on the futures counter improved as average daily volumes increased by 13.1 percent to 42.07 million shares. Average daily trading value on the futures counter increased by 12.0 percent to Rs 4.294 billion during this week.
