Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab has got vacated a house belonging to an expatriate Pakistani, worth rupees 10 Million from the illegal occupant. Commissioner OPC Punjab, Afzaal Bhatti informed that Malik Zafar Iqbal of Berkshire, UK filed a complaint that tenant has refused to vacate his house in Mohalla Faiz-a-abad, Gujrat and has also refused to pay rent of previous months.
Afzaal Bhatti said that this complaint was referred to District Overseas Pakistanis Committee, (DOPC) Gujrat for further proceedings. After efforts of members of DOPC the said house was got vacated and handed over to its owner. Afzaal Bhatti further said that OPC has provided relief to thousands of expatriate Pakistanis by resolving their complaints.
