ICE Canadian canola futures fell Monday on softening crush margins and spillover weakness from allied US soy markets, traders said. November canola settled down 90 cents at $491.50 per tonne. January canola ended down 70 cents at $498.20 per tonne. Snow fell in parts of Alberta's crop region, slowing field work. Chicago Board of Trade November soyabeans fell 11 US cents to US$9.57-1/4 per bushel on pressure from the expanding US harvest and expectations of a big crop.
