On the occasion of Guru Nanak birthday, 3000 Sikh pilgrims are expected to arrive in Pakistan from India. This was disclosed by Additional Deputy Commissioner (HQ) Arshad while presiding over a meeting, which was held here on Tuesday review arrangements for Guru Nanak birthday. He told the meeting that events relating to Guru Nanak birthday will be held between November 2 and 11. "The Sikh pilgrims will arrive at the Wagha railway station on three special trains," he added.
He directed the concerned officials to shelter the pilgrims in both gurudwaras and schools. He also directed the police officials to provide complete security to the guests.
