Pakistan Broadcasters Association held its Annual General Meeting on October 31, 2017 (today). Majority of members from TV +ACY- Radio category were present at the meeting.
The following radio members were elected on the Board of directors unopposed:
Sher Asfandyar Khan of FM-107, Shazya Amir of FM-91, Shahid Jamal of FM-106.2, Nazafreen S. Lakhani of FM 89 and Naeem Mirza of Radio Awaz.
Thereafter the Board meeting was convened and the board elected the following new office-bearers of PBA for the year 2017-2018:
Mian Aamir Mahmood (Dunya News), Chairman+ADs- Salman Iqbal (ARY), Senior Vice Chairman+ADs- Sultan Ali Lakhani (Express News), Vice Chairman+ADs- Mir Ibrahim Rahman (Geo TV), Secretary General+ADs- Shakeel Masud Hussain (Dawn News), Joint Secretary and Muhammad Aslam Kazi (KTN), Finance Secretary
All the office-bearers were elected unopposed.-PR
