Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) leader Raza Haroon on Thursday said that the Khan of Kalat recently held a meeting with the founder of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement at the party's international secretariat in London. Addressing a press conference, Raza Haroon said the new wave of terrorism in Balochistan is worrisome, adding that an anti-Pakistan movement is ongoing in the province. He also condemned the posting of anti-Pakistan banners in London.
Khan of Kalat, one of the leading leaders of Balochistan, is in self-imposed exile in the UK after leaving Pakistan following the killing of Nawaz Akbar Bugti in an army operation in 2006. "If you speak on Balochistan unrest without taking into account Karachi, then you are deceiving yourself," he said, adding that Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav's confessional statement is available on YouTube, wherein he says his network included Karachi as well.
Balochistan Home Minister Sarfraz Bugti said on Thursday that India's intelligence agencies are funding terrorist activities in the province. He said a wholesome strategy is being devised to deal with the issue. He said the government is conducting intelligence-based operations against terrorists, including the insurgents.
