Tributes paid to Ch Rehmat Ali

A special function was held in Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry to mark the 120th birth anniversary of Ch Rehmat Ali who had proposed the name of Pakistan, an independent homeland for the Muslims of the subcontinent. President FCCI Shabbir Hussain Chawla paid best tribute to this legendary and epoch making leader of the Pakistan movement. He along with other participants also cut a cake to celebrate the birthday of Chaudhary Rehmat Ali.
Lauding the efforts of Chaudhary Rehmat Ali for Pakistan, President FCCI termed him as one of the leading personality of Pakistan. Chaudhary Talat Mehmood former Executive Member Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FCCI) who had arranged this function demanded that the mortal remains of Chaudhary Rehmat Ali may be brought back from UK for reburied in the soil of Pakistan. The function was also attended by leading businessmen and leaders of Gujjar clan.
