The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has directed companies, other than a single member company or a private company having paid up capital up to Rs 3 million, to inform about no change of particulars in the last annual return filed with the registrar.
According to the SECP circular 29 of 2017 issued here on Thursday, the SECP pursuant to proviso to sub-section (5) of section 130 of the Companies Act, 2017 (the "Act"), directs companies, other than a single member company or a private company having paid up capital of not more than three million rupees, to inform the registrar as per the attached annexure in case if there is no change of particulars in the last annual return filed with the registrar. This direction is being issued pursuant to powers vested with the Commission under section 510 of the Act, the SECP added.
