PTI chief Imran Khan and PSP Chairman Syed Mustafa Kamal on Thursday spoke to each other over the phone to discuss the prevalent political situation of the country. According to reports, Kamal and Imran Khan spoke on the phone and agreed to meet each other. The cricketer-turned-politician is on a visit of the metropolis and earlier during the day, addressed Karachi Bar.
Reports are doing the rounds that Mustafa Kamal and Imran Khan had earlier met in Dubai where the possibility of an electoral alliance between the two parties had been discussed. According to a source privy to the meeting, Mustafa Kamal is keen to make an electoral alliance with Khan's party before the next general elections. PTI, on the other hand, is unwilling to enter into an alliance at this stage, but it is open to other options. PTI leader Imran Ismail said that he wasn't aware of any meeting between Imran Khan and Mustafa Kamal.
