Four contesting for FPCCI's president's slot on December 29

Four candidates are in the run for president in the election of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry for 2018. The elections are scheduled for December 29. According to the provisional list of contestants who filed nomination papers, the candidates are: Ghazanfar Ali Bilour of UBG, Colonel (retired) Sadiq Sultan, Haji Ghulam Ali, a joint candidate of the BMP and PBG, and Fayaz Ali.
Contestants for senior vice president: Syed Mazhar Ali Nasir, Arshad Farooq, Mian Nasser Hayat and Mahmood Salam. Contestants for the single vice presidential seat for Sindh province: Mrs Shabnam Zafar, Jawad Ali Shaikh and Haji Gulam Gadir.
Contestants for vice president of the chambers of small traders and small industry: Muhammad Shafique Anjum and Maqbool Ilahi Bhatti. Contestants for the single reserved seat for vice president of women's chamber of commerce and industry: Syeda Saeeda Bano, Ms. Firdousia Fazal, Mrs Nazli Abid Nisar and Ms. Shazia Suleman.
There is a one-to-one contest for the seat of vice president for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The contestants are Atif Ikram Sheikh and Sartaj Ahmed Khan. The single candidates for vice president from Balochistan and Punjab, Haji Abdullah and Arfan Yousaf, are to be elected unopposed. There are two candidates for the seat of vice president from the Federal Area: Choudhry Javed Iqbal and Qaiser Khan.
There are nine candidates in the run the four vacant seats of vice president from associations of trade and industry: Tariq Haleem, Waheed Ahmed, Karim Aziz Malik, Zahid Saeed, Muhammad Javaid, Nadeem Mazher, Abrar Ahmed, Muhammad Yahya Polani and Syed Mahmood Ghaznavi.
