08 Jan, 2018

Former president General Pervez Musharraf (Retd) has proposed that his All Pakistan Muslim League, Farooq Sattar's MQM and Mustafa Kamal's Pak Sarzameen Party should unify under new name. Aaj News reported on Sunday night that Musharraf made this proposal in a video-link address to APML public meeting held at Liaquatabad Flyover.
APML chief emphasised that they all have to unite under one umbrella and work for the progress and development of Pakistan. "I want to make people prosper through bringing in fundamental changes in the political dynamics, he said, adding that the APML's political show remained successful.
He accused Altaf's MQM, Pakistan People's Party and ANP of getting supporters of one another killed by equipping them with weapons in Karachi. He claimed that ignorance had ruled Karachi due to that reason. Aaj News further reported that political show of Musharraf's APML failed due to very thin public participation.
