General Secretary of PAT Khuram Nawaz Gandapur has requested the Chief Justice of Pakistan to take suo moto notice of former Police Inspector Abid Boxer's allegations against Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif. Since these allegations relate to human rights so their investigation is indispensable.
In his statement, he said the Chief Justice took notice of Naqeeb Ullah Mehsood's fake encounter thereby eased the process of justice. Since then Rao Anwaar is on the run and Naqeeb Ullah's family can foresee justice. Likewise Chief Justice took notice of innocent Zeenab's murder thereby facilitated arrest to culprit.
Abid Boxer has levelled serious charges of fake encounters against Shahbaz Sharif, now facts must be made public through investigation. He said it is feared Abid Boxer might be killed for this disclosure, so on his arrival in Pakistan; he must be kept in the custody of Rangers. He said this is not first time such allegations are levelled against Sharifs, they have promoted many such Police officers out of turn for their heinous services. One such officer is Umer Virk who was also involved in Model Town massacre and Anti-Terrorist Court has summoned him in this case.
