Matco Foods Limited has signed an agreement with Beijing Meckey Engineering Co for supply of Rice Glucose manufacturing plant with the capacity of 20,000 metric tons per year. This new expansion will increase the total production capacity of the Matco Rice Glucose Plant up to 30,000 tons annually and 3,000 metric tons of Rice Protein per year.
The agreement was signed by Khalid Ghori CEO of Matco Foods and signing ceremony was witnessed by Jawed Ali Ghori Chairman Matco Foods and Dr Tariq Ghori Director Sales and Marketing. Khalid Ghori CEO of Matco Foods speaking at the signing ceremony said that the company has already raised Rs 757 million to enhance the production capacity.
He said that Matco Foods is committed to ensuring the best quality food products for its customers around the world. The company's steep ascent as the customers' preferred brand in the local and international markets reflects its remarkable success in keeping its long-term pledge to its customers, he added. In a historic milestone, Matco Foods was formally listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) in the first IPO for the year 2018 adding another company in the Food Sector on the PSX board, he informed.
