Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif Wednesday claimed that there were a number of big characters behind Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) sit-in of 2014 and he will reveal their names at "some appropriate time". There were big characters behind the sit-ins of PTI including President Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri. "I am not scared and will reveal the names of characters behind the PTI sit-ins when time comes," he declared.
To a question pertaining to PTI's rejection of Sharif's suggestion to form a national commission to decide about traitors and patriots, he said, "PTI has neither character nor ideology." The former prime minister went on to criticize the PTI, saying the party uses foul language, disrespects others and there is no respect of vote in the party.
Sharif said that PTI is the party which always waits for "umpire's finger." He further said that it is good that PTI formed government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as it disclosed it's slogan of change before the people. "The people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have seen the so-called change that Khan wanted to bring there," he added.
