Licence of HPSAP never cancelled: Syed Mazhar

19 May, 2018

Syed Mazhar Ali Nasir, Senior Vice President FPCCI has strongly condemned the baseless propaganda by Mian Nasser Hayatt Magoo casting doubts about the legality of his present position in the Federation. Syed Mazhar Ali Nasir said that Magoo was defeated by a large margin in the election by him reflecting the confidence of the business community in him.
There was a delay in submission of the documents for the Halal Products and Services Association of Pakistan, (HPSAP) in DGTO office for renewal of its licence, which has already been condoned by Secretary Commerce on 11th May, 2018.
The license of HPSAP was never cancelled and Magoo is distorting the facts. The Association whose licences have been cancelled by DGTO are on its website, clearly negating the stance taken by my opponent. He advised Magoo to stop this malicious campaign or else he would approach court of law for defamation against Magoo who should be working for the betterment of the business community.-PR
