The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has received complaint of Mian Nasser Hayatt Maggo against M/s Halal Products and Services Association of Pakistan regarding providing fake, fraudulent and fabricated list of members.
In this regard, SECP asked M/s Halal Products and Services Association of Pakistan to furnish the comments/latest status in the matter within seven days of the date of the letter.
