Apple’s new iPad Pro owners have recently been complaining about their devices being slightly bent. However, Apple has now confirmed the defect, but also said that it is totally normal.
Lately, owners of Apple’s newest iPad Pro have been noticing a slight bent in their devices and complained about them, as per MacRumors.
In a recent comment to The Verge, Apple has confirmed the bend, but doesn’t really consider it as a defect. Apple said that the slight bend in the aluminum chassis of the device was as a result of the manufacturing process that occurred after the device’s metal and plastic components cool.
Apple added that the bend shouldn’t negatively affect the 2018 iPad Pro’s performance and nor should it worsen by time. But if the user still finds the bend annoying, they can be able to exchange to return the device to Apple or retailers, reported Mashable.
Apple also said that 2018 iPad Pro models that have shown the bend are right out of the box, so it does not appear to be an issue that shows up over time.
