ANP to fulfill all electoral commitments: Iftikhar

ANP's general secretary, Mian Iftikhar Hussain has said that the electoral manifesto of ANP speaks for bringing improvement in the standard of life for the people, and after coming into power ANP will fulfill all commitments, he added.
He was addressing at different public meetings and party office-bearers at Daag Besud, Khush Muqam and Kandi Taza Din of KP Assembly constituency PK-65, here on Saturday. On this occasion, several prominent personalities belonging to PTI and Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) announced joining ANP under the leadership of Meher Shah.
Addressing on the occasion, the veteran politician said that ANP believes in the service of humanity, saying that those believing in revenge and insulting of others cannot lead the nation.
He said that after coming into power in the province, they make utmost efforts for getting right on the natural resources of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He termed the passage of 18th constitutional amendment as big achievement of the party and pledged that remaining provincial rights will also be obtained from the centre.
Criticizing the 100 days plan of PTI as political hoax, he asked the previous rulers of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to tell about how many unemployed youth has been given employment during their five-year stint in power. He said that during five-year government, former Chief Minister Pervez Khattak ignored his home district Nowshera, but now he is hoodwinking the people.
He said that when the ANP-led coalition government left the office, the province was surplus in financial resources, while their successors looted the provincial resources and increased the debts of the provincial government from Rs 37 billion to Rs 370 billion.
He said that though battle for the office of the Prime Minister's office is continued at centre. However, he said their struggle for the rights of Pakhtunkhs will continue. He stressed the people to strengthen the hands of ANP for their better future and used their precious votes in their favour.
