Tariq Umar, the elder brother of Governor Sindh Mohammad Zubair, passed away after prolonged illness at a private hospital, here on Sunday. He was diagnosed with lung cancer in February this year and was hospitalized for the treatment for few months. He has left behind wife, two sons and two daughters. His Namaz-e-Janaza would be held on Monday after Asr prayers at Sultan Masjid DHA and he would be buried at Army graveyard Chenesar Goth Mehmoodabad. Condolences could be offered at his residence 13/1/2 Saba avenue DHA.
