On behalf of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Pakistan office and JICA project implementation team, Chief Representative JICA has offered deepest condolences over the sudden and sad demise of Dr Muhammad Zubair, Director of JICA grant aid project titled "Security Improvement in Port Karachi and Port Bin Qasim."
According to a letter of JICA to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), a visionary passionate and cooperative person, Zubair, always played a vital role in smooth implementation of JICA ongoing grant-aid project as well as extended utmost cooperation and support to the project implementation team. His dedication was immeasurable and due to his sudden death, the JICA Pakistan office and the FBR have lost a friend and well-wisher. "May Almighty bless his soul and give you and his family strength to bear this irreparable loss. (Ameen)," he added.
