Senior leader of PML-Q and former Chief Minister of Punjab Ch Parvez Elahi has strongly opposed recent increase in petroleum prices and said the people are already hit hard by price hike and policies of N-League Government. He said black deeds of Sharif family are surfacing one after the other; therefore, the people should take revenge from N-League by thoroughly rejecting PML-N in the next election and make the looters of the national wealth run away from the country forever.
He said this while addressing a big public meeting along with N-League's former MNA Sardar Mumtaz Tamman, Hafiz Ammar Yasir and other leaders in NA-65 Talagang on Sunday. The former CM Punjab (2002 to 2007) said that focus of his government was on better education and health of a common man, welfare of farmers and their children.
His government undertook numerous record works like free education, free medicines, provision of employment to maximum number of people and establishment of institutions like 1122. Welfare of the poor, farmers, workers and backward areas is mission of his life.
