Ismail Industries Limited will be holding a tree planting activity in collaboration with IBA Go Green society on Thursday, July 5, 2018 from 3pm onwards as part of its recent Go Green drive of planting a million trees across Pakistan.
This initiative which is called "Plant-a-Tree Campaign" will take place at Mudassir Park, KDA situated at Dhoraji. Around 100 employees of Ismail Industries along with students and club members of the IBA Go Green Society will come together to plant 150 trees along the border of the well-known family park.
The saplings that will be planted include varieties of trees that are much needed in Karachi like Neem, Sharifa, Gulmohor, Molsiri as well as flower based shrubberies such as Raat ki Rani and Motia.
"This campaign is just the first step in the initiative to plant the first ten thousand and then a million trees across Pakistan" said Arif Hussain Nomani, Group Head of Human Resources.-PR
